Treasury Analyst TMS Project

This role is to assist Treasury Supervior in TMS project from Back Office perspective. The person responsible will focus on TMS project from BO perspectives, contribute in project planning & designing, execute testing in implementation stage, document relevant processes, take care of hypercare and provide user training .

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Treasury Supervisor in the TMS treasury project, contributes in system design, advises on technical system enhancements, participates in the project initial discussion and project planning, executes all necessary actions for successful testing and implementation.
  • Make sure any testing & process implementation from TMS project will align with FO/MO/BO team and project management team, document them clearly, communicate & escalate any issue and advise actions for correction.
  • Together with Treasury Supervisor & other project team members, set up user manuals and other appropriate user training material, provide user training to end users.
  • Actively involved in Hypercare period and play as one of the major project contact points for end users.
  • After project go-live, act as system expert and internal consultants for end users in central & regional Treasury centers.
  • Assists end users to execute more complex or urgent tasks to ensure them pass through learning curve smoothly.

Finance, Banking

Language skills

English - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
SAP - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

To succeed in this role we need you to have:
  • Experience with Back Office work in banking industry or international groups min 2 years
  • System-savvy, working with SAP, GTS or other TMS equivalent
  • Experiences in system replacement implementation or testing are big advantage
  • Project management skills will be highly helpful
  • Proactive and resourceful in solving problems offering innovative and practical solutions
  • Fluent in English - both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills with variant counterparties, good skills on process description & documentation.
