Direct Material Buying Support Analyst with English
Being part of Procurement Organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for buying process in direct materials and packaging team in Europe.
The purpose of this role is to manage administration of SAP purchase orders and contracts (including creation of Generic Purchasing Order’s, PO issue clarification, PO changes/modifications). You will also log support queries accurately and in detail within our system, i.e. user information, source of queries, description of problem and solution. This role entails performing administrative reviews (e.g. check terms and conditions, check that PO issuing complies with Mondelez standards).

In this role you will mainly:
- Create, amend, delete SAP purchase orders and contracts
- File all relevant documents to SAP documents, amend when necessary
- Perform formal checks to ensure compliance with policies
- Monitor approval of Bid Forms when required
- Monitor approval of advanced payments forms, when required
- Manage relationships with requisitioners and buyers
- Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations e.g. Global Procurement Policy
- Support relationship to BPM and Buying Groups
- Take active role in building cross-country synergies in Procurement and Finance

- Secondary education or University degree
- 1 year of experience in administrative roles will be an asset
- Fluent English is required
- Excellent communication skills, pro-activity and ability to learn on the fly, as well as analytical thinking combined with being well organized
- Analytical thinking, bying precise and well organized
- A good team player
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel)
- Experience in working with SAP is an advantage
- Other European languages (Spanish, German, French, Italian) would be a plus
