Job description, responsibilities and duties

Processing of all shopping carts through the i-Shop/Coupa system (creation till closing)

Purpose of the role:
• Will act as the master shopper on behalf of the Marketing function in accordance with pending Procurement changes, tasks includes creation of Shopping Cards
• Be the expert and linkage to purchase indirect goods and services for the organization/end users, follow-up on approvals when needed
• Confirm goods received by end users / Perform Goods Receipt in Coupa
• Request the opening of new vendors in SAP
• Support Account Payable department with invoice resolution from business perspective
• Acknowledgement of Spot Buy Result
• Acknowledge requests within one business day
• Consolidates marketing budget in a unique file. Completes marketing budgeting template. Applies changes and updates, if needed. Submits marketing budgeting plan to Marketing Spend Optimization Team and Brand Managers for their respective reviews.
• Creates WBS, validates settlement rules, updates Mktng plan with WBS number, updates budgeting phasing template.
• Checks all WBS created are included in phasing template. Notify Brand Managers on information request & deadlines.
• Processes budgeting shift request, prepares form requested by finance departement and submits it via internal systems
• Close cooperation with other internal / external teams – Procurement, Account Payable, Internal Control, Finance, e.g.

Requirements for the employee

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Excel - advanced
SAP - basic

Personality requirements and skills

Excellent communicator (both oral and in writing) in English.
Comfortable working remotely.
Discreet and comfortable in dealing with sensitive information.
Process management
Strong communicator, efficient and organized
Ability to work autonomously
Experience working in a performance focused environment is a plus.
