We are looking for a Financial Controlling Analyst to join our Transfer Pricing team in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Responsible for managing the transfer price calculation for assigned countries in the P1E business model on the resale minus and cost plus basis.
  • Co-ordinate the overall transfer pricing process for assigned countries, from collection of data in order to calculate the correct margin/mark-up to be included in the transfer price. Ensure correct approval, and additionally verify upload to the SAP system. Involved in the planning process of the transfer price with the countries and ensures constant monitoring between planning and actual.
  • Collaborate with the local Financial / Sales Controller in monitoring that the Sales Company Margin for specific countries stays within a given range.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of transfer prices for specific countries within the SAP system.
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate documentation and approval of transfer prices within the specific countries and retaining any documentation required to support tax requirements throughout MEU region.

Personality requirements and skills

What do you need to be successful at?
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Proven knowledge FP&A and P&L and / or different accounting standards (US GAAP/ statutory).
  • Well organised with good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Solid understanding of reporting of financial reporting system (SAP / FIT / BI) and working with integrated systems. Experience in Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.
  • Proven track record of self-management and time management. Proven drive for results. Proactive. Independent, takes ownership.
  • Solid understanding of EOC processes.
  • Extensive experience working in accounting and controlling of a large multi-national company.
  • Fluent in English (other KFE language preferable)
  • Ability to deal with complex data.
