Serves as the process expert in the business process area of Order Management
Leverages deep technology expertise in the context of the following Business Processes and how Mondelēz International executes them on a global scale:
• Sales Order Management – Order Capture process, Order modifications, Order handling, Availability check, Quota management, Pricing, Integration with Order processing & planning • Invoicing – Sales invoicing process, Credit & Debit memos, Intercompany invoicing, Invoicing accuracy, Off invoice discounts & allowances, document management & archiving • Data integration – EDI messages, Standards, Error handling, data formats • Associated Master Data elements which support all of the above business processes
Collaborates as a part of the Global OTC IS CoE Order Management team in the delivery of global technology and process improvement projects
Understands deeply the capabilities of the Order management solutions and data requirements within and contributes in building solution roadmaps for OTC
Knows the business strategies for Global Order Management and translate them into business capabilities and functional requirements
Liaison with the external MBS Strategic Partners resources over technology improvement requests
Peers within the Global IS OTC CoE and other team members within the broader IS and MBS organizations and Global OTC Process CoEs Teams (OTC Transformation & Customer Logistics Development)
Coordinates Global Service Provider Resources in the Order Management process area together with Global IS Help Desks

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply chain area
Experience in Global Consumer Packaged Goods Company advantage
SAP life- cycle project experience focused on Sales & Distribution is a must
Ability to influence and engage others with excellent written and verbal communication skills (English Language)
Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues in a Global environment
Experience in SAP SD module required
Deep understanding of core interfaces from the SAP ERP Systems to additional internal and external applications
Understands all core Data elements within their solution space (i.e. Master Data, KPIs, PPIs etc.)
Understanding of the Process touch points with Sales Order Life-cycle Management, Order fulfillment, Invoicing, Returns Order processing etc.
Understanding of the touch points with Commercial, Front-Office processes such as Sales Promotions, Product pricing strategies, Trade Terms and Conditions etc.
