Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will have the exciting role of partnering with your business functions to support the Information Systems transformation in 2016 and beyond.
Whether it’s bringing our Employer Brand to life through targeted direct search and recruitment advertising channels or driving a talent pool strategy, you will be passionate about delivering a flawless candidate experience, constantly seeking to make improvements and drive efficiency. You will support the talent agenda for full recruitment life cycle, acting as a key source of expertise for the hiring manager whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver and problem solve against current and future hiring needs.
You will also have the exciting opportunity of supporting the set-up of our new business service center recruitment team to enable the successful delivery of internal recruitment, volume campaigns and recruitment administration excellence.
Role:
• Project role for period of 18 months
• Partnering with mainly Information Systems and Business Process Excellence business areas to get proactive on anticipated recruitment and talent needs and support driving these outputs
• Working with our new Mondelez Business Service Centre (MBS) to enable the effective delivery of all recruitment needs in your functional area
• Sourcing and attracting the best possible external talent; selecting the most appropriate sourcing channels.
• Closely cooperate with the assigned project leads to ensure unified ways of working and tracking across our hubs around the globe.
• Work with external partners on identifying talent, assessing and selecting the best possible by utilizing innovative assessment and selection techniques used to maximize the right recruiting decisions.
• Owning the end to end candidate management process to ensure a market leading candidate experience.
• Upskilling line managers to ensure increased accountability for recruitment.
