Job description, responsibilities and duties
•Billing / Pricing master data file maintenance and upload into iNet (approximately 1,200.000 entries/rows):
New vendor creation, Vendor master data change, Secure proper administration of price related master data / price upload and maintenance in iNet including price conditions .
•Maintenance and upload of Price matrix amending entries in line with master data changes
•Agreement administration - Set up of a relationship between payer and service provider linked to price matrixes after certain conditions are met.
•Secure proper administration of Vendor creation, Vendor master data change in SAP working closely with Vendor Master Data, PST teams within EBSC and Log Procurement in LCC and locally in countries:
•Support and progress with departments of new vendor creation in SAP, supported with proper documentation
Execute defined periodical fuel floater calculation and set up within the system:
•Fuel floater calculation for all routed lanes based on LCC centrally and locally adjusted market floater, with accurately calculated based on fuel prices for previous defined periods within the current market place and processed/upload into iNet
•Daily error solving in iNet – identify, find root cause and solve (average 60/90 per day)
•Providing master data support relating to new lanes set up in order to transports both National and International function as expected in the system Transportation service providers tender support – integration of new service providers, contracts, prices, commercial terms
•Set up and assignment within master data of new carrier / carrier offices, working closely with TMS coordinator and master data specialist for transportation ensuring accurate data and billing.
•Deal with internal and external sources in order to resolve queries and problems on daily basis

•Ability to prepare and deliver training
•Advanced english required
