Job description, responsibilities and duties

•Perform analysis of Procurement productivity projects for assigned spend area and in line with internal reporting schedules.
•Provide support on reporting/budgeting & maintenance of indirect material productivity projects in VOLT system.
•Monitor internal compliance of productivity reporting.
•Ensure consistency and integrity of all reported data (MPL files, CMC, EMMIS, Productivity status reports, etc.).
•Perform budgeting and planning (Annual Contract, Forecasts) in line with requirements and schedules by data gathering, providing of reports, analysis highlighting actions to be taken as necessary and compiling of presentation for further business decisions in timely manner.
•Support product costing manager with reports required to compile presentations in timely manner and any other ad-hoc requests mainly related to consolidation of offline data & analysis.
•Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

SAP - Advanced

•University degree or equivalent in economics or financial area.
•Well organised with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work with different systems (SAP, BI, FiT, Microsoft Excel).
•Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.
•Good reporting and presentation skills.
•Drive for results
•Action oriented to learn quickly in a dynamic environment, dealing with challenges of high pressured working culture.
•High levels of customer focus, with the ability to adapt to the requirements of different customer groups, including Global, International and Regional management.
•Working in a highly complex and dynamic environment requires managing multiple priorities simultaneously, high self-motivation with ‘can-do’ attitude.
•Essential skills for day to day performance include working with flair, pace, accuracy and attention to detail
•Good coordination skills, ability to work effectively
•Min. 2 years of functional experience in manufacturing controlling, accounting or financial controlling, ideally in an international environment.
•Fluent in English
