Job description, responsibilities and duties
• SRM and SAP - main buyer (EBSC, IT)
• Communicate with vendors
• Application of all internal procurement policies and ongoing projects /as example NO PO NO PAY/ to the usage
• Creating sales orders Shopping baskets
• Creating Vendors for SK06, SK21 (communication with a particular supplier = accessing documents required to establish vendor, filling out of internal documents required to establish vendor)
•Creating Digital forms /FOCA, FOAP/ - communication with vendor, obtaining of internal approval for payment, filling up the form/
• Receive / collect the goods
• Creating Good receipts
• Employee support and support of building management•Perform administrative tasks related to functional job or as assigned by direct manager - Support key EBSC Projects
