Job description, responsibilities and duties
Providing a high level of customer service as the lead co-ordination point between all stake holders affected by Kraft Foods International Transportation.
Ensuring the most cost effective and environmental solution for each and every transport is provided through load, vehicle and route optimization.
Efficient and accurate processing of customer demands for transportation via the I-NET Traffic Management Platform.
Understanding and being the key point of information and data relating to International Transportation to support both the Customer and LCC to deliver productivity and process improvements.
The scope might be extended in order to meet the changing strategy and expansion of the Load Control Centre.
