Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Managing administration of SAP purchase orders and SRM contracts (including creation of Generic Purchase Orders /PO´s/, PO issue clarification, PO changes/modifications)
Logging support queries accurately and in detail within ticketing tool KAYAKO, i.e. user information, source of queries, description of problem and solution
Close interaction with Procurement, Internal stakeholders, European Business Services Centre, Manilla Business Service Centre, IT
Performing administrative reviews (e.g. check terms and conditions, check that PO issuing complies with Mondelez standards)
Simple spot buys/sourcing support
Interaction with Mondelez regional Suppliers (MEU region)
Basic Negotiation
Local Contract implementation in line with procurement policy

University Degree
Experience working in SSC/Outsourcing environment within a large international environment for 3 -4 years
Fluent English and German
Proven experience in data processing, computer applications, management information system or call center applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pro-activity and ability to work on own initiative with coordination of local requestioners
Analytical, precise and well organized
Strong systems skills: SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point...)
Ability to conduct training & good presentation skills
