Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Work directly with Global/Regional Service Management, MDLZ Support Managers and the SAP support provider to ensure successful implementation, execution and integration of the globally defined Service Management processes and tools.
Develop and lead the execution of service improvement plans and drive customer satisfaction across the SAP user base. Work directly with the regional Continuous Service Improvement Lead and the regional Service Management Process Lead to align and drive CSI initiatives.
Drives communication and proved required training to identified stakeholders for Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.
Create/publish regular and ad hoc reports for the SAP support area.
Work with the MDLZ Support Managers and the Service Desk provider to ensure the Knowledge Base is up to date and fit for use for the SAP area.
Act as the backup of the EMEA Application Support Lead.

Experience in IT Operations
Comfortable to work in a matrix organisation
