Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

•Reporting to key business stakeholders and the IS leadership team on all matters concerning compliance to policies/legal requirements and information security risks
•Delivering Information Security Strategy into the Bratislava centre of excellence
•Deliver effective security in to our major change programs within CEE and MEA
•Responsible for managing the testing for SOX IS compliance within Bratislava delivery centre
•Providing advisory service to IS colleagues and BU personnel, regarding IS security and effective internal controls.
•Championing a risk-related approach to IS security and controls,
•Working collaboratively with our Global teams to achieve sustained and reliable internal controls.
•Liaison with the external auditors,
•Work closely with our Corporate Security & Legal functions to enable IS technologies to be compliant and secure, meeting EMEA local legislative requirements

Personality requirements and skills

•University degree
•Up-to-date knowledge and experience at a senior level of IT security, of effective internal controls in IT, and of the related legislation and professional standards. Minimum 5 years of Information Security experience, delivering security solutions that drive real business change
•Robust understanding and practical application of SARBOX and IS change control procedures: Ideally holds ITIL accreditation
•Experience leading and developing relationships with 3rd party partners providing services remotely and being able to manage that work effectively
•Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
•Ability to manage multiple, complex assignments concurrently
•Business acumen – understanding how technology can solve business problems
•Influencing technology decisions
•Strategic vendor relationships
