Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsible for program management support to Finance Transformation PM office
Work with Finance Transformation team to ensure consistency in deployment of program methodologies across all waves
Centrally manage, track and report progress on the overall Migration Roadmap – work with Finance Transformation on updating changes in implementation schedule and assessing impact of changes on the overall plan
Support Program Manager in providing oversight for the execution and delivery of project tasks per wave implementation plans and support global workstream leads in tracking project progress
Provide PM support to regional project managers helping to understand and resolve project dependencies, resource constraints, scheduling conflicts – escalate/reporting at program level on potential impact on Migrations
Responsible for knowledge management of program methodologies and ensuring new project teams in the regions are onboarded on to Migrations Methodology ways of working
Responsible for managing and reporting on program level issues/risks - collaborate with Finance workstreams leads and regional project teams to track and report on project issues/risks with options for resolution/mitigation action

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Problem solving abilities to analyse range of project related issues by identifying and locating relevant risk/issue items in advance
Persuasion and influencing skills in communications
Ability to work in a virtual team set up with cross functional work streams and cross cultural teams
Should be a self-starter and result oriented focusing on follow ups and consultations to help bring open project related issues to logical conclusion 
Flexible to travel
Project Management preferably having process migration experience or managed Finance projects spanning multiple country rollouts
Managed PMO set up for a global/regional rollout – technology or process migration initiatives
Experience with Microsoft Project Server or similar project management software and Sharepoint
