Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

•Manage and lead financial planning processes and actual reporting and analysis for total cost of goods for Chocolate
•Coordinate the planning/forecasting process across the entire supply chain (including Taloca, Procurement, Manufacturing and CS&L) and ensure alignment with overall planning process
•Overall management of product cost, understanding all cost components
•Provide in depth analysis and commentary of actual results and variances to plan on total cost of goods
•Support Manager Product Costing MEU, Finance Director Chocolate and Category Controllers during actuals and planning on all variable cost related topics with in depth analysis and assessment of Opps & Risks
•Ensure that financial database is updated on a timely and accurate manner for all planning activities; ensure timely submissions of consolidated MEU forecasting data including system submissions, financial schedules and presentations
•Enforce harmonization of processes and ways of working within product costing; try to avoid superfluous requests by efficient prioritization of tasks
•Ensure that internal controls, SOX compliance is in place
•Ensure accuracy and integrity of total product cost data for Chocolate including coordination with other finance teams
•Manage product costing team for Chocolate category (5 team members, partly remote)

Personality requirements and skills

•University degree or equivalent, preferable in finance
•6+ years of functional experience in FP&A, Category Finance or Manufacturing Finance in an international environment and a sound understanding of financial accounting
•Proven people management experience.
•Fluent in English
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to work in complex, dynamic environment
•Ability to influence and lead others
