Job description, responsibilities and duties

Processes costing runs during Operational Planning Cycle
Prepares, updates and distributes to controllers OP Presentation and Quarterly budget update deck templates.
As aligned with Plant Controller, Sets up and Maintain Budget Assessment Cycles , Budget Allocation Keys in SAP
Supports overall deck preparation based on Plant Controllers request
Generates PO Variances Report for Manufacturing Plants and distributes them to Section and FME Controllers for variance analysis commentary.
Consolidates the PO Variance Report for MEU region.
Reviews evidence and reporting related to trials, scraps and other non-standard material usage.
Ensures Actual Assessment Cycles and Bespoke are up to date and reasonable.
Manages Intercompany Transaction
Prepares cost estimates for New Product Developments, co-ordinating the communication with all responsible parties
Maintains and Updates Productivity Tracking Tools
Ensures timely fixed assets put in use / activation process is in place. Facilitates communication among EBSC, local engineering, local finance manager responsible for statutory financials during this process.

Personality requirements and skills

University degree or equivalent
2+ years working in accounting and controlling of a large multi-national company.
System (SAP, BI and FiT) knowledge, Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
Well organized with good analytical and reporting skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.
Proven track record of self-management and time management. Proven drive for results.
Fluent in English
