Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Participates in proposal preparation about allocation of Capital & Restructuring funds based on MEU strategies/key priorities and available funds.
Provides support to Plant Controllers on Capex related information necessary for the completion of presentation decks. (through standardized template)
Provides support to Plant Controllers in calculating & validating savings for productivity projects where Capex is required.
Controls overall capital funds allocated within MEU ISC network, analysing Deviations vs Plan to ensure prompt capture of Opportunities and timely identification of Risks aimed at mitigating business impacts and associated financial risks.
Coordinates Capex database submission and system freeze with global Capex team
Ensures Capex database remains properly updated with latest Actuals spends by Project whilst forward looking view resides at central / local engineering level (phasing changes, new projects inclusion etc.).
Ensures that actuals Capital & Restructuring related expenses are fully compliant with corporate policies including phasing of expenses
Enforces compliance with relevant fixed asset related policies and procedures across MEU region through periodical reviews and trainings.

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
SAP - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

University degree or equivalent
3+ years working in accounting and controlling of a large multi-national company.
System (SAP, BI and FiT) knowledge, Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
Fluent in English
Well organized with good analytical and reporting skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.
Proven track record of self-management and time management. Proven drive for results.
