Senior financial analyst

•Actuals - Consolidate actual performance on a monthly basis providing drivers on variances:
oCover all aspects of monthly closing for Overheads costs
oPerform variance analysis (bridge) of actuals against Annual Contract and forecasts.
oConsolidate and report costs for the total category, ensuring clear and well-framed understanding of drivers of performance and risks/opps in the year-to-go.
oHave the ability to challenge to the countries on performance, ensuring transparency and understanding of the numbers.

•Financial Plans - Managing the planning and forecasting processes for CS&L & Overheads, providing up to date and accurate cost data for the annual plan and budget updates:
oCoordinate and stay on top of forecast timelines to ensure timely collection from the countries and completion of the budget updates
oCS&L: Own the rate submission process including uploads and reconciliation
oComplete bridges, consolidations and presentations accurately and on-time and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders with meaningful explanations
oOwn the management overlays and feedback process, including communication and tracking

•Standard Rates: Maintain CS&L Product Standart Rates (Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse) in cooperation with country Analysts

General
•Key Point of Contact for
oCountry CS&L/Overheads controlling Analysts (6 people) and Cost Centre Owners
•Support relevant stakeholders in identifying productivity opportunities and delivering world-class cost management
•Support ISC Controller with ad hoc analysis and presentations
•Ensure compliance to US-GAAP policies and Mondelez policies and procedures
•Identify and implement process simplification ideas as and when identified.
