Sr Analyst - CS&L/Overheads FP&A , Cheese & Grocery MEU

• Actuals - Consolidate actual performance on a monthly basis providing drivers on variances:
o Cover all aspects of monthly closing for Overheads costs for C&G OpCo.
o Perform variance analysis (bridge) of actuals against Annual Contract and forecasts.
o Consolidate and report CS&L & Overheads costs for the total C&G category, ensuring clear and well-framed understanding of drivers of performance and risks/opps in the year-to-go.
o Have the ability to challenge to the countries on performance, ensuring transparency and understanding of the numbers.

• Financial Plans - Managing the planning and forecasting processes for CS&L & Overheads, providing up to date and accurate cost data for the annual plan and budget updates:
o Coordinate and stay on top of forecast timelines to ensure timely collection from the countries and completion of the budget updates
o CS&L: Own the rate submission process including uploads and reconciliation
o Complete bridges, consolidations and presentations accurately and on-time and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders with meaningful explanations
o Own the management overlays and feedback process, including communication and tracking
o Consolidate and report CS&L & Overheads costs for the complete stand-alone C&G category.

• Standard Rates: Maintain CS&L Product Standart Rates (Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse) in cooperation with country Analysts



General
• Key Point of Contact for
o Country CS&L/Overheads controlling Analysts (6 people)
o Cost Centre Owners in C&G category in OpCo.
• Support relevant stakeholders in identifying productivity opportunities and delivering world-class cost management
• Support ISC Controller with ad hoc analysis and presentations
• Ensure compliance to US-GAAP policies and Mondelez policies and procedures
• Identify and implement process simplification ideas as and when identified.
