Job description, responsibilities and duties

Operational Responsibilities
To Process and follow up of Info Record creation & maintenance
Perform SAP Records download & allocation
Regular follow up of MRP open items
Creation, amendments, deletions SAP purchase orders (MRP related)
Participate, as a system key user, to improve the PST operational efficiency
Ensure proactive resolution of identified issues
Work with Support Desk on calls
Testing of technical release changes
Support and consult with Procurement Business Process Management and Buying Groups to quickly adopt best practices and facilitate harmonization opportunities
Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s
Ensure SLAs and service obligations are met for the work within scope
Ensure the fulfillment and update of the process documentation  
Compliance, Reporting
Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations e.g. SOX, Global Procurement Policy, Global Master Data Policy
Support relationship to BPM and Vendor Reference Group

Proven experience in data processing, computer applications, or call centre applications Microsoft Office advanced
