Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Financial assessment of Innovation platform launches & recommendation.
* Constantly liaise with countries / plants for validation of assumptions and overall business proposition.
* Present Innovation recommendations in clearly structured presentations to Innovation Marketing Team and to Finance Director.
* Prepare financials for and assist to Consumer Tests on Innovation projects.
* Follow-up & control EU Marketing Innovation budgets.
* Represent Finance in key Innovation meetings.
* Support EU Innovation Marketing and the FP&A Category team with ad hoc requests.
* Manage the Central A&C by planning the budget by project, tracking and analyzing the actuals and ensuring correct booking of the spendings by project
* Support the FP&A Manager during key EU budget consolidation processes

* Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player.
* Good reporting and presentation skills.
* Good coordination skills, ability to work effectively.
* Well organized with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Quick learning curve, an ease to adapt to various projects needs and a deep understanding of the specifics of trade structure and cost management in the main countries.
* Min. 5 years of finance experience, with preferably including FP&A background
