Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Create, amend, delete SAP purchase orders and SRM contracts
• File all relevant documents to SAP documents, amend when necessary
• Perform formal checks to ensure compliance with policies
• Monitor approval of Bid Forms when required
• Review automated EBP/MRP items and act upon issues
• Contact vendors for price updates and RFQs / manage technical requests with local procurement and Plants
• Ensure close cooperation with Plant/warehouse responsible.
• Monitor the price variance approval, follow up and decide upon investigation approval or rejection
• Monitor approval of advanced payments forms, when required
• Manage relationships with requisitioners and buyers
• Provide guidance/trainings to stakeholders ensuring standard process is followed

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Outlook - Advanced

* Advanced in English and French
* Proven experience in data processing, computer applications, or call centre applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pro-activity and ability to work on own initiative
* Good team player
* Analytical, precise and well organized
* Strong systems skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point...)
* Demonstrated success in business process ideally gained in Sourcing/Purchasing or Accounts Payable areas
