Job description, responsibilities and duties

Manage/control performance of all Intercompany related accounting activities for assigned countries in main areas (AP, AR, Intercompany reporting and Dunning activities, etc.)
Execute team leaders role to keep assigned cluster in a smooth run:
manage and control the assigned team of Intercompany
set up regular team meetings with assign priorities, provide training and guidance to subordinates
Cooperate/lead with other department by issue dealing, cooperation with local counterparts
build and maintain good relationship with local party and EBSC depts.
performance/build professional client service environment
Support and cooperation in relevant project initiatives:
  • advisory and supporting role in particular projects initiatives, participation on relevant conference calls and meetings initiated by project teams
  • control all necessary testing activities during all testing phases, reporting back to area project leader

Control all processes are performed in line with Internal control and SOX requirements. Perform administrative tasks related to functional job or as assigned by direct manager.

Personality requirements and skills

University degree in Economics/Accounting
Solid knowledge of Accounting Policies & Procedures within Kraft & SAP knowledge
Understanding of accounting procedures, of US GAAP principles, finance processes, Kraft’s business
Understanding of major Finance processes within EBSC, EOC model principles
Strong customer focus
Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills
Good managerial skills, able to make decision
4 and more years of relevant accounting qualifications and experience (or High school and 5 and more years of relevant experience)
Good self-management, time management, ownership
Self-motivated and able to work with min. supervision
Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritize work in order to accomplish given objectives, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
