Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Prepare Intercompany Billing rates for all MEU OpCo plants to support the business with Mondelez affiliates outside the EOC model based on the Product Costing results in actual process (quarterly) and in yearly planning cycles.
• Sending out price lists to all partner and support the correct set up of SAP with relevant conditions to allow order, delivery and invoicing process in MM and SD module to ensure that invoices are running completely through the systems as well as the relevant master data process.
• Manage the incoming request for invoice creation to third parties and Intercompany partners following the intercompany workflow process with EBSC and ensure proper accounting details. Ensure the accurate posting of in-charges in OpCo
• Analyse and investigate the Inventory and potential risks within the Inventory in all Plants in MEU region based on the various reports and available data. Review the blocked stock items and Slow moving items to eliminate the risks in MEU OpCo Accounting books.
• Keep frequent contact with business partners in the Plants and Support them in their activities and ensure that the processes in the Plants are in line with Internal procedures and policies as well as with US GAAP rules and SOX requirements.
• Support the Stock count process and ensure that all Plants having the Stock in the Inventory accounts organize the Stock count event, collect the supporting documentation related to Stock count event and review the content to ensure that the reality reflect the Values at Inventory accounts.
• Provide reports and summaries during monthly period end process to the management as base for accruals and postings needed to close books within the defined time frame.
• Support the SOX cycles relevant for Inventory and Production. Run relevant reports and investigate in major adjustments to provide background and documentation to ensure compliant process in close connection to Internal Controls requirements.

• Several years of experience working in an international environment and a profound understanding of systems (especially in SAP product costing or manufacturing area and EOC model) working in integrated environment from operational business to reporting.
• Well organised with good analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Proven track record of self-management and time management.
• Proven drive for results.
• Proactive and resourceful in solving problems
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, especially in Inventory and Production area as well as in US GAAP
• Advanced Excel Skills
• 5 years working in accounting and controlling in different accounting areas of a large multi-national company.
• Fluent written and spoken English
