Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Provide administrative support to Director Transformation Projects, EEMEA and entire management team:
* Plan and organise meetings of the team, maintain calendars, team sites and documentation
* Arrange business trips, prepare expense reports, keep files, sort out mail, organise daily/weekly plans
* Prepare presentations, booklets, memos as requested by the management
* Keep in touch with local HR and Office Management on activities related to the office facilities, security and safety and promptly react on any issue and risk
* Organise and prepare the logistics for Transformation Projects EEMEA meetings, conferences, workshops and team events in Bratislava and other EEMEA locations.
* Give administrative support to all employees based in Bratislava and involved in Transformation Projects EEMEA mainly but not limited to:
Business trips (accommodation, visa, invitation letters, travel tickets, taxi)
Management of post mails and distribution of internal documents
* Arrange office place and technical equipment for the newcomers
* Proceeds all necessary orders and invoices in SAP
* Provides office suppliers and ensure supply for relax room needs (water, coffee, tea, milk etc.)

University education (Master's degree)
