Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Establish buying plans and execute buying process for defined Dairy materials in order to secure the competitive advantage for the company and meet customers’ specific needs.
• Ensure tracking and continuous improvement of buying activities within the responsibilities by using the appropriate Procurement tools.
• Provide administration support to EBG via maintaining contracts, source lists, Actuals, CCRs, vendors and materials master data, specifications management and invoice issues resolution with EBSC.
• Manage projects related to dairy materials, support internal stakeholders providing all requested data in terms of the material, suppliers, prices and market environment, actively participate on innovation sessions.
• Manage supplier relationship in accordance with SRM program
• Make effective use of Procurement Smart Tools (I2M, e-Procurement, Dirmis, Meridian).
• Ensure all relevant reporting is prepared and submitted timely and accurately. Document activities and provide data as requested.
• Execute the process of collecting and analysing information on suppliers, competitors, stocks and the market and provide the meaningful analysis for strategy development and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external & internal regulations.
