Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Organization structure maintenance
• Approval tables maintenance
• Creation of approval tasks
• Assignment of relevant tasks to users (via Position)
• Creation of new workflow positions
• Maintenance of the Purchasing Hierarchy approval structure
• Ensure proactive resolution of identified issues
• Annual SOX review of Org. Structure completion
• Helpdesk ticket creation/ status control
• Responsible for error investigation / solving and acting as an advisor on org structure functionality.
