Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsible for the delivery of applications support services for a number Non-SAP global systems at Mondelēz International. This position is required to govern Application Management Services, ensuring Service Providers meet Mondelez’ s application support and software development expectations.
In addition, this role will be specifically involved in managing the Financials agenda for the Application Support department, looking into budgeting, actual spend, as well as contracts.

Strong functional/technical skills in supported applications. Non-SAP (i.e. Oracle OTM).
Excellent communication and presentation skills
