Technical Support Inhouse Sales Representative (m/f)

Consult CZ/SK/PL/HU customers on the MISUMI business model, product range, service opportunities, and special developments. Support customers with technical and mechanical engineering expertise and follow up on engineering projects mainly via telephone and email activities . Contribute to sales revenue by using tools as semi-customized, standardization, Rapid Design software, and modules for engineering applications. Cooperate with and support area sales managers, by co-visiting key customers, participating in presentations (road shows). Provide technical advice and training to sales team members . Support customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving customer concerns and issues. Facilitate teamwork by working with all departments, especially with Customer Service, Technical Support, Business Development, Accounts Receivable, Logistics, Marketing
