Our client - software company, producing mobile Sales Force Automation system is looking for an experienced technical support analyst able to analyze more complex support cases (Tier2/Tier3) reported by our customers from all around the world. It might include basic scripting and also understanding of used code (SQL, Powershell, Pascal, etc). Next step is to provide consulting and solutions for IT issues and problems occurring in customers environment.
