Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilies for:
- the quality of project management and all its aspects
- project reviews, oversees and reports of the status of the all projects (efficiency, status, risk)
- management support of key projects in the role of member of the Steering Committees for selected key projects
- escalation and active solutioning of the problematic projects with the right to decide on changes to the troubled projects (including appeal of Project Manager)
- to approve and release the funds from their budgets to the risk projects within the level of responsibility as defined by internal directives
- responsibility for forecasts and costs of sector
- active management of the company gross profit
- to deliver efficiencies through standard processes and synergies
- active participation in establishing of the sector budget
- planning management, utilization and reporting of capacities in order to optimize balance between costs and delivery targets
- recruiting new staff and managing retention
- managing structure, costs and knowledge of capacities respecting sector plans
- to identify and implement extensions to the existing projects
- to deliver the appropriate resources for sales and presales activities
- to define and prepare new opportunities and ideas
- to manage professional and managerial potential in line with the economic and qualitative targets
- to identify and implement training and development plans for individuals and teams
- to manage staff evaluation and remuneration
- active participation in the creation and promotion of delivery/sector/company strategy
- to support promotion of systemic and organizational changes in delivery/sector/company
- collaboration in the development of project processes and their continuous improvement
- to improve resource management of processes and system support permanently
