Job description, responsibilities and duties

- to develop strategic and operating plans to ensure the appropriate resources to support current business and forecasted growth
- to develop and optimize distribution models (air, sea, road, rail) from/to Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe
- to manage the complete material control process including procurement, inventory control, logistics
- to provide leadership by promoting team, coaching, counseling
- to develop the inventory strategy and plan
- to implement JIT
