Job description, responsibilities and duties

Support the achievement of the company's sales goal
Developing the annual marketing plan
Responsibility for products development-FMCG products
ATL&BTL activities within the region
Manage marketing budget within approved expenditure guidelines
Produce branding campaigns
Oversee the media planning/buying firm so that buys are consistent with marketing plan strategy
Implement a community relations program
Professionally produce sales/promotion programs which enhance the sales of the company
Organize marketing department - brand managers
