Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord
• creating of all PO's for all vendors linked with RE&F
• Recording of office expenditure and managing the budget
• Planning and implementing office systems, layouts and equipment, maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
• Managing of whole process of invoicing (evidence, scanning, archiving) AMEX and expense reports, communication with account payable
• answering and transferring of all incoming calls, the first contact for all visitors - providing information, setting and serving them
• ordering taxi services for employees when traveling to the business trips, booking hotels,
• daily ordering courier services to pick up our packages, envelopes, ..
• managing of calendar of internal rooms, making reservation for meetings, seminars
• Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed
• ordering and distribution of lunch and compliment vouchers
• supporting of onboarding process of newcomers - ordering parking cards in security centers, preparing temporary cards for access to the office
• Providing assistance to all segments - rooms preparations, ordering of catering, communication with organization
