The HR Intern provides quality HR administrative support, which includes responsibilities related to e.g. assisting with the employee recruitment, coordination of new staff hiring, data collection and analysis. It is also expected that the HR Intern will contribute to creation and implementation of innovative ideas for the future development of HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• HR administrative tasks related to effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including personal details of all new staff members, updating and accurately maintaining data of all existing employees.
• Preparation of Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
• Responsibility for making meeting and travel arrangements.
• Assistance in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordination of all recruitment activities and induction process for new starters.
• Being accessible and responsive to staff/manager enquiries in a timely manner.
• Performing special HR projects and other duties as assigned.
• Participation in HR team and all staff meetings.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:

• Ideally, you have a desire for the professional development in HR area.
• You have the first professional experience in HR or Administration (in the global company would be a huge asset).
• You are in process of obtaining your Bachelor's or a Master's level Degree (ideally in Human Resources Management or related field).
• You are detail-oriented and know how to manage your time appropriately.
• You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You are passionate about making a difference.
• You are resourceful problem-solver with a “can do” attitude.
• You are trustworthy and able to handle confidential matters appropriately.
• You have a basic computer knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You know how to operate scanners, copiers and fax machines.
• You have a good command of English and Slovak language, both written and oral.
