Job description, responsibilities and duties
As the Partner Marketing and Business Development Specialist you will be goaled on building an eco-system that has skilled and capable partners that are motivated to sell in the Cloud and key-competitive workloads; you will be goaled on creating demand with and through our top Managed Partners and driving opportunities with our sales teams, as well as leads and executes strategic market planning, execution and investments aligned to yearly priorities to drive revenue, scorecard, share and CPE (Customer Partner Experience).
You will also be responsible for driving a consistent Partner Rhythm of the Business (ROB) process across the subsidiary to ensure we have the right marketing and support motions in place to help our partners succeed in a Cloud world.

• Outstanding communications skills, both internal and external audiences
• Cross group leadership and alliance building
• Executive presence and ability to lead through influence
• Drive for results
• Deep understanding of channel models
• Strong sales and marketing execution experience
• An uncompromising commitment to customer & partner satisfaction
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent Slovak&English language knowledge
