Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Assure efficiency and results of the stores, the optimal sales management, management of the staff, visual merchandising, replenishment and the product rotation inside the store

Organize and coordinate new openings: select and train personnel and actively lead the setting up and opening of the shop

Implement Pupa Milano strategies and commercial policies

Inspect the correct store administration and accounting

Manage store expenses and personnel costs

Maximize profits while minimizing costs

Report to the global headquarter in Italy

Collaborate with suppliers, shopping centres and other service providers

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Minimum High School Degree

Minimum of 5 years experience in shop management in fashion/retail

Experience in managing more than 5 shops

Experience working in an international environment

Visual Merchandising expert

Willingness to travel extensively within Slovakia

Strong leadership and communication skills

Fluent in Slovak and English
