Job description, responsibilities and duties

To lead, drive and grow the Czech Republic Business in line with overall company strategy, meeting or exceeding both short and long term targets, Country P&L responsibility
Main responsibilities:
* Set up and implement the country business plan defined with the Business Development Director Europe for Market and Accounts penetration (OEMs and End Users) through Market Sales coverage expansion
* Support the Global Key Account strategy and the central Global Key Account team in providing organisational support and leadership to the management of the local GKA in Czech Republic
* Lead and direct the plan; Set/manage goals/objectives for the team and for all assigned Business in order to achieve agreed P&L
* Provide leadership to all employees for personal and business development, including leading organisation review and organisation development processes
* Maintain a positive social climate
* Act as a representative at senior level with customers and peer organisations
* Lead and guide the implementation of training and communication activities in support of these policies

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Engineering degree essential. A Business, Finance or Management degree would also be beneficial
* Significant and proven industry based experience is essential with some being spent within process automation would be extremely beneficial
* Significant and proven track record of successful business achievement in previous roles
* A proven track record of recruiting and developing highly effective teams is essential
* Strong commercial and technical background in Drives and Motor Systems
* New business development experience and a deep understanding of Marketing principles
