Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Creating the tactical (1-12 months) supply plan for the CEE region, in cooperation with corporate supply planner, to meet delivery accuracy and stock level targets (for finished goods and base paper).
- Managing supply planning team in CEE region
- Communication of supply plan to mill managers and planners to ensure that capacities will be adjusted to follow the supply plan
- Handling volume inquiries from Business Teams
- Leading the monthly regional “demand & supply” meeting prior to corporate supply meeting
- Steering the stock levels in CEE region
- Supporting the operative mill planning function
- Supporting demand, supply and production planning process development
- Supporting assortment streamlining
- Monitoring/maintaining basic (defining) data in ERP system needed for APO supply planning
- Deciding allocations of balance products within the region
- Making capacity/shift planning for the mills in the region
- Support Corporate Supply Planner when making decision of allocation of global balance products
