Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job description: keeping company accounting ledgers in accordance with corporate requirements in order to provide reliable information to be used for making business decisions complying with local (SK, CZ, HU) balance-sheet regulations and tax law.
Role and responsibility:
Position is open as maternity/parental leave cover.
Role and responsibility:
- Review and verify monthly P&L and BS (SAP and HFM), coordinate month closing process
- Coordinate GL, AP, AR and AA tasks with Shared Service Centre
- Manage provisions and accruals
- Coordinate statutory and tax matters with external provider, coordinate tax audits
- Prepare tax estimates, cooperation with auditors and local authorities
- Management and development of controlling team in SK
- Manage liquidity and group loans
- Prepare IC agreements (including ensuring that charging is done)
- Support budget and estimate process
- Prepare relevant documentation for authorities (e.g. Transfer Price documentation)
- Coordinate financial issues related to sales offices in the region (SK, CZ, HU)
- Participate in defined finance development projects
- Supervision and coordination of the financial administration centralized/outsourced tasks
- Preparation and filing of road tax declaration and real estate tax declaration
- Review some contract with vendors , customers on the base of request
- SAP super user, responsible for testing of new change requests
