Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a very flexible HR professional who will be able to take on all the HR tasks that come with setting up a new IT company in Bratislava.

You will:
• Contribute to a multitude of HR activities including Recruitment activities, Staffing and on-boarding
• Implementing any new processes, standards or strategies for the recruitment
• Implementing regional HR policies by adjusting them to the local ones
• Preparing agenda regarding new incomers, induction program
• Reporting and administration regarding HR agenda
• Responsible for supporting and updating a business unit on all the employee relations matters
• To provide HR advice and support to managers/ team leaders and staff on a wide range of HR issues (legislation, etc.)
• Employee lifecycle management
• Compensation & Benefits processes
• Recruitment: Screening applications, conducting telephone interviews with candidates and scheduling first & second interviews.
• Working with database according to recruiting needs and processes, database maintaining and daily data entry.
• Support and participation on recruiting & sourcing events and activities, including job fairs and open days.
• Responsible for post-offer management – salary negotiation, contract signature.
• Act as a point of contact for SUL’s in the recruitment process and provide advice on recruitment processes and procedures.
• Maintain effective business relationships with Local & Corporate HR and Leaders/Managers in the Business.
• Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations, monitor their performance.
• Ensuring smooth payroll and accounting in cooperation with external payroll and accounting vendor.
• Ad hoc projects and duties as required.
