Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for Tool Makers.
The tool maker will participate in the Tools repair process, as well as facilitating the resolution of problems that arise. S/he will be responsible to participate in the Tools repair process, as well as facilitating the resolution of problems that arise. The tool maker will ensure the development, monitoring and modification of schedules for the repair of existing Tools and Jigs thus guaranteeing timely and effective delivery. The chosen candidates will also ensure that the specifications of the present equipment meet quality requirements.

- A Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering - Design and Manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience (EQF Level 4 or higher).
- At least 2 years experience in Tool making and machine processes- Mould making experience is an asset.
- Ability to communicate well in English.
- Must be ready to work shifts.
- Ability to prioritise and complete work assignments by specific deadlines.
- Personal qualities of drive, energy and enthusiasm.
- Be self-disciplined, safety-conscious and practical.
