responsible for the regions Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltics

In this challenging role you are responsible for the development of the ACDO business within the above mentioned region. You are the enabler and link between the Corporate Holding in Germany and the Businesses in the countries. Working out of your home office, your main responsibilities will include:

Receiving and examining the individual direct country reports of each Operating Managing Director

Reaching Market Share by driving forward segment and profitability targets

Financial responsibility within the region (e.g. creating and managing Profit and Loss statements/transactions, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows)

Conceiving and delivering the Annual Budget Plan, three years plans, investment plan and strategy

Working within the ADCO MATRIX organization like Manufacturing, Corporate Marketing and Finance, to achieve agreed targets and to execute action plans

Reporting directly to the Chief Operation Officer in Germany

Personality requirements and skills

What you’ll bring to the role

Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering

Proven practical experience in B2B sales with a minimum of 5 years leading a direct operation

Ideally experience in the rental business, service companies or branches affiliated with the construction, event market or waste disposal industry

Excellent communication skills in Polish and English and/or German OR Czech and English and/or German

Sound financial understanding

Entrepreneurial business approach with a strong commercial and operational focus

Structured, result-driven and service-minded personality never loosing strategic aims

Coach for your team, excellent communicator and a natural leader knowing how to inspire and motivate

High integrity and ability to manage conflicts

Willingness to travel extensively within the region
