Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your role
Managing strategic retailers by developing a good and long term working relationship, enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing the sales opportunities, market shares and profit for Ontex
Manage existing distributors, ensure product and selling trainings to their personnel, but also sign new customers both on branded and private label business
Execution of national strategy in terms of active assortment distribution, recommended pricing, shelving, trade marketing and promo across all product categories in Private labels, Branded business on Incontinence, Feminine Hygiene and Baby care business
Develop and execute long term and short term actions plan to achieve Ontex strategy in distribution, pricing, shelving, promo and merchandising
Deliver targeted turnover and generate Targeted Gross Contribution
Manage the payment days outstanding within the guidelines and budgets of finance
Manage the financial KPI’s at customer level within the targets set by finance
Maximize return on all promotional activity and measure and report on the effectiveness of all promotion investments
Become an acknowledged expert in Ontex products, categories and customers
Within this role you will report to the Commercial Manager East Balkans

Experience in hygienic disposables and private label markets is be an advantage
Excellent English and Slovak language skills, Hungarian would be an advantage
As ideal candidate you have a dynamic and flexible approach towards your work, you convince through your excellent communication skills, are a good team player and can establish contacts easily
You have the ability to work independently and maintain high level of motivation, have the willingness to travel as well as a result oriented approach supported by your proactive and hands-on mentality
High level of business acumen and commercial understanding
Valid driver license
