Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your tasks:
- Support, management and monitoring of the SAP implementation process in the subsidiaries
- Central point of contact for the local branches related to the SAP project
- Coordination and close cooperation with the internal and external SAP team (information gathering, collection of requirements, technical documentation)
- Based in one of the three countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary) gives a 1st level support to all subsidiaries, and regular reporting to headquarters in Italy
- Active contribution to the development of interfaces between SAP and local ERP systems
- Continuous problem analysis and development of new system solutions
- Training of users and identification of key users
- Guarantee the continuity of the IT services (hardware, software for network, workstations,
e-mail) by appropriate maintenance and support
- Regular travelling to all subsidiaries and to headquarters
