Job description, responsibilities and duties

-Overall responsibility for strategic human resource management.
-Managing the HR planning cycle, HR budget, monitoring and updating its progress, with analyzing of potential cost savings.
-Monitoring that assigned tasks are carried out accurately, with a strong focus on adhering to the legal and professional obligations.
-Collaborating closely with senior management to establish appropriate plans for both management staff and their subordinates.
-Preparation of the effective strategy for recruitment process. Enhancing the training and development system. Developing a comprehensive training plan, including budgeting.
-Efficiently fostering the growth of the HR team.
-Fostering the development and enhancement of the internal culture and communication channels. Actively advocates for maintaining a positive company image.
-In charge of ensuring that, safety, and health standards are in accordance with company policies in the workplace.
-Engaging in negotiations with relevant authorities such as the labor office, tax office, and auditors.
-Managing payroll operations, creating compensation strategies, development of impactful programs.
-Reporting to Managing Director.

Personality requirements and skills

-At least 5 years of experience in human resources management.
-Experience as the member of the senior management team.
-Excellent knowledge of all HR processes, knowledge of HR trends including in legislation and labor code.
-Strategic thinking, ability to propose human resources strategies to support needs of management.
-Creativity, innovative thinking, strong presentation, and communication skills.
-Driving license group B.
-Advanced level of English and Fluent level of Slovak/Czech.
