Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- comprehensive responsibility of Procure-to-Pay unit with focus on international customers
- leadership of 300 Procure-to-Pay employees located in Bratislava
- lead, organize and coordinate the end-to-end operations of the international part of the Service line Procure-to-Pay
- perform as a main point of contact for daily business matters for all European customers
- drive the transformation, optimization and digitalization of the international PTP services
- leadership and people development of 6 direct reports “Group Leaders”
- responsible for understanding client´s requirements build up and maintenance of relationships with international clients and stakeholders for effective communication and expansion of existing PTP operations
- management of International Service Line Procure-to-Pay - planning and monitoring of performance of PTP International (FTE / Staffing, OPEX, SLAs, Revenues, Projects etc.) in close collaboration with affected business partners from Controlling and HR

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- master/engineer degree in the area of commerce, finance or applied science, ideally in economics/business administration or similar field
- track record in leadership position, preferably in international environment with several years of management experience or experience in managing large projects in an international environment
- excellent project organization and project management experience (incl. multi-project management) and broad range of methods
- comprehensive procurement and accounting know-how and broad body of knowledge in leadership and personnel development
- knowledge of Shared Service Center processes
- Fluent written and spoken English as well as German
- able to identify space for process effectiveness and continuous improvement
familiar with different IT platforms in area of procurement, accounting and reporting
