Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Preparation of the business plan and sales strategy in Slovakia according to goals of the company
- Preparation sales budgets, forecasts and targets
- Implementation of commercial strategies and ensuring achievement of sales goals and profitability
- Analysis of commercial performance and relevant adaptation of activities
- Acquisition of the new customers and improving relationships with key existing clients
- Leading, motivation and development a middle size team of Account Managers
- Market intelligence activities
- Reporting
- As member of Senior Management Team participation in strategic and operative management of the Slovak subsidiary
