Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
End to end responsibility for customizing of CNC Machining Centers (from the mechanical, electrical, software part point of view)
Define priorities and assign tasks to team members
Exercise control over quality of drawings, creation of bills of material, supporting documentation and accuracy of data in ERP system
People management, planning, motivation and coordination with other departments
Technical support, communication with customers and suppliers
Testing of designed systems in factory
Commissioning automation systems on site
Reporting to Headquarters (Germany)

Educational Specialization
Technical area, ideally in mechanical or mechatronics engineering
Language skills
English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills
University degree in technical area, ideally in mechanical or mechatronics engineering (or electrical)
5+ years of experience in technical area, ideally in real designing
2+ years of experience in management of a team
Knowledge of Machinery Directive is a must
Good knowledge and experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Autodesk preferred)
Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point), knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Excellent organizational skills with experience of reporting and planning a range of tasks effectively and for daily operational needs
Experience in machine tool construction and automation is an advantage
Active knowledge of English language is a must, knowledge of German is beneficial
Strong in communication and negotiation within the company and with clients/partners
