Job description, responsibilities and duties

Providing the main sales support activities in ordering and pricing area in CNC machining tool business.
Management and optimization of proposal process.
Covering comprehensive responsibility for preparation of analytical as well as technical part of proposals and price calculations in compliance with company standards.
Responsibility for proper preparation of proposals including all technical and sales aspects.
Providing of all feasible alternatives based on understanding of technical requests for quotation.
Responsibility for preparation of sales proposals from pricelists.
Responsibility for analysis and comparison of competitive products and services.
Responsibility for preparation of offers, competitive tendering and sales-supporting documentation.
Preparation of cost analysis and related statistics and reports.
Presentation of proposals per sales region in front of customer.
Selection of options for machine tools.
Communication with internal and external departments and partners, focusing primarily on interaction with internal sales organization.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Technical area, ideally in mechanical engineering area.

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Excel - advanced

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

University or secondary level education in technical area, ideally in mechanical engineering area. Advantageous, if supplemented with relevant technical or managerial courses and trainings.
Proven experience in sales of complex machinery equipment or related products.
Previous experience with technical or sales support position.
Technical skills and strong sales and analytical background.
Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point), knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Active knowledge of English language is a must.
Strong in communication and negotiation between sales support, technical department and clients/partners.
Highly responsible and stress-resistant.
Proactive attitude, dynamic, with high drive and self-action.
Realistic decision-maker.
